Delhi to Dalhousie

While residing in India Lord Dalhousie, viceroy of British India came here to spend some quite time with nature. Moreover the moderate temperature of this place which named after him had become the quiescent place to escapes sizzling heat of summer season of India. It is located at a distance of 575.5 Km from New Delhi, national capital of India and also very well connected to all the major National Highways and roads. In case there is a road trip than travelling via NH 1 crossing all the major cities like  New Delhi –Ghaziabad-Panipat-Kurushetra-Ambala-Ludhiana-Jalandhar-Pathankot-Dalhousie, is the shortest way. It approximately takes 10-11 hours, but driving through mountainous route is little bit a problem, so hiring a car for this particular route is highly recommendable.
