It has its residence in a small village called Verul, approximately 20 kilometres away from Daulatabad. And is 100 kilometres away from Manmad. During the Chatrapathi Shivaji Empire, the Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga increased the gorgeousness of this place.\u00a0 Later in the 17th\u00a0century, the Empress of Indore, Ahilya Bai Holkar, correspondingly funded a lot for additional improvement. Grishneshwar Temple is also known as Ghoomeshwar Temple. This gigantic temple is standing abashedly even after several decades have passed. Apart from Lord Shiva being the main deity, there is also an idol of Dashavatar carved in red pebbles.
