B. Location Data (Crucial for our Service) To provide our taxi booking services, we need to collect precise location data. We collect this data in the following ways and for the following reasons:

Foreground Location: We collect your precise location data using GPS, Wi-Fi, and cellular networks when the Bharat Taxi app is open and visible on your screen.
Purpose: To detect your current location for setting a pickup point, show you nearby available taxis on the map, and calculate estimated fares and arrival times (ETAs).
Background Location: We require access to your location data even when the app is running in the background (i.e., not visible on your screen). This is a core feature of our service.
Purpose:
For Riders: To track the progress of your ride in real-time and provide accurate drop-off detection without you needing to keep the app open.
For Drivers: To share your real-time location with the rider who has booked your vehicle, provide accurate navigation, and correctly calculate the trip fare based on distance and time. This functionality is essential for the service to work.

You can choose to disable location access for the App at any time through your device's settings. However, please note that this will severely limit the App's functionality, and you will not be able to book or complete rides.

C.Usage and Device Data:

Device Information: We collect information about your mobile device, including the device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
Trip Information: We collect details related to your rides, including the date, time, pickup and drop-off locations, distance traveled, fare, and trip route.
App Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our App, such as features used and pages viewed.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect, especially location data, for the following purposes:

To Provide and Manage Our Services:
To connect riders with drivers.
To calculate fares and process payments.
To provide drivers with navigation to pickup and drop-off locations.
